I am very proud to say I have not had a denied loan in over 14 years. I attribute this not only to my knowledge of ever-changing guidelines but to the time and attention paid to each situation from the initial contact of a client. I am extremely hands-on when it comes to my transactions and my attention to detail avoids surprises. I have a top notch assistant, Bridget who assists clients in shopping for insurance and smooth transitions to the closing table.
